This is an opportunity for an experienced power distribution or utility professional to leverage their technical expertise and industry relationships to develop business, build a territory, and lead a technical team.
What You'll Do
Develop relationships with utilities, municipalities, industrial, and commercial clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Leverage existing industry contacts to grow a territory
Participate in proposals, estimating, presentations, and contract development
Provide technical guidance on power distribution projects
Recruit, mentor, and lead engineers, designers, and project professionals
Support project and client management
Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For
8–15+ years of experience in power distribution, electric utilities, or related industries
Technical background in utility/power distribution
Experience with client relationships, sales, business development, proposals, or project management
Leadership or team-building experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
PE license is NOT required; highly preferred
