Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DTS Tech India is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The CTO will define and lead the overall technology vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation objectives. Daily responsibilities include overseeing software and product development teams, guiding system and solution architecture, and driving implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership on IT strategy, setting technology standards, managing project portfolios, and optimizing resource allocation across cross-functional teams. The CTO will also mentor technical leaders, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish best practices that support innovation, quality delivery, and long-term growth.
Qualifications
Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions.
Proven expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing integrated platforms and aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver on time and within budget.
Experience leading technology organizations, preferably in digital marketing, software development, or related tech-driven environments.
Advanced proficiency in modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and data-driven solutions; familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of influencing at executive and board levels.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and commit to full-time leadership responsibilities.
