Moon Commerce Limited is a UK-registered technology company building and operating digital ventures across commerce, consulting, property and SaaS. We trade online, advise businesses on digital transformation and data-driven marketing, and are developing an AI-powered automation platform that turns repetitive processes into scalable systems.
We're small and early-stage, which means the person in this role will see the whole business rather than one corner of it.
The role
Our data currently lives in separate places — sales platforms, ad accounts, client reporting, and internal systems. You'll bring it together and turn it into reporting the team actually uses to make decisions.
This is a hands-on role with direct mentoring from the leadership team. You won't be maintaining someone else's dashboards; you'll be building the reporting layer from the ground up.
What you'll do
Build and maintain dashboards covering trading performance, marketing spend and client delivery
Extract, clean and join data from multiple sources
Turn business questions into analysis, and analysis into recommendations people can act on
Own weekly and monthly reporting across our ventures
Support pricing, inventory and campaign decisions with evidence
Document your work so it survives you
Your first three months
Month 1: learn the ventures, map where every data source lives, fix the reporting that's most broken
Month 2: ship your first dashboard into weekly use
Month 3: Own the monthly reporting pack end to end
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' hands-on SQL experience
Python (pandas) or strong Excel, plus Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
At least one project you can walk us through end to end and defend the decisions in
Clear written and spoken English; you'll present to non-technical people
Attention to detail and a habit of checking your own numbers
Right to work in the UK — we cannot offer sponsorship
Able to work from our [area] office 2 days a week
Nice to have
eCommerce, marketplace or digital marketing data experience
GA4, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or similar
Any exposure to Git
What we offer
Salary £35,000–£39,000 depending on experience

We aim to give a decision within a week of the final stage, and we give feedback either way.
