Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Odisha and Delhi. This position is for Cuttack
office.
The Advocate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing pleadings, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and other legal documents, as well as conducting legal research on case laws, statutes, and procedures. Daily tasks include appearing before courts and tribunals, assisting in case strategy, preparing arguments, and interacting with clients to gather facts and provide updates. The role also involves maintaining case files, coordinating with court staff and other counsel, and adhering to professional and ethical standards in all matters handled.

Qualifications
Possession of a law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution and enrollment with a Bar Council.
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, including familiarity with legal databases and citation methods.
Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to argue matters in court and explain legal issues clearly to clients.
Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and work diligently in a fast-paced, court-focused environment.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality.
Prior internship or work experience in litigation or advocacy settings is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates.

No
