We're Hiring | US Mortgage Loan Setup & Document Indexing Specialist

Infinixq India BPM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in US mortgage operations to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Setup
Review and verify borrower, property, and loan information in Encompass.
Validate loan terms, programs, fees, and supporting documentation.
Order applicable third-party services and prepare loan files for initial disclosures.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate file setup.
Document Indexing
Review, identify, and classify mortgage documents into the appropriate loan file folders.
Index income, asset, credit, property, title, closing, and disclosure documents.
Follow document naming conventions and maintain accurate folder descriptions.
Ensure documents are correctly organized by borrower, business, or property, as applicable.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in US mortgage operations, preferably Loan Setup, Disclosures, or Document Indexing.
Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems.
Understanding of mortgage documentation and loan file workflows.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Location: Remote (India)
