SAP FICO Analyst

Insight Global is hiring an SAP FICO/SD Analyst to support a large enterprise client in a complex SAP environment. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on SAP configuration, system integration, and production support across SAP FICO and SD.
Approximately 50% of the role will focus on Salesforce integration with SAP, so the ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting or configuring integrations between Salesforce and SAP.
The organization has established business and functional teams responsible for business requirements and process decisions. This individual will focus primarily on the technical and configuration side, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on SAP work rather than a heavily functional or business-facing position.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on configuration and technical support within SAP FI/CO
Support integrations between SAP and Salesforce, representing approximately 50% of the role
Configure and troubleshoot integration points between FI/CO and SAP SD
Support SAP interfaces and identify root causes of integration or transaction issues
Partner with established functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical/configuration solutions
Support an SAP landscape that is primarily ECC, with additional S/4HANA instances
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, production support, and implementation activities
Work with technical teams to ensure reliable data and transaction flow between SAP, Salesforce, and connected applications
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including SAP configuration
Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP
Experience with SAP SD integration, particularly integration between SD and FI/CO
Strong experience working within SAP ECC
Ability to troubleshoot SAP configuration, interfaces, and integration issues
Technical/configuration-focused SAP background rather than solely functional business analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) processes
Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, PI/PO, or MuleSoft
Previous experience supporting large, complex enterprise SAP environments
