Customer Success Executive (Pattern Technician)

Job Responsibilities
Train and assist factory team in executing styles through Fashionr efficiently and as per customer’s expectations.
Interpreting buyer’s techpack and design requirement and assist factory team to effectively execute the style including garment construction, measurements, pattern blocks, marker, Techpack, BOM etc
Maintain good relationship with pattern team, CAD team, IE team and product development team and ensure effective utilisation of Fashionr.
Keep all relevant assets required for the factory ready in Fashionr including block patterns, point of measures, fabrics, trims, finishes etc.
Timely reporting, to CS director, of any challenges faced at the factory floor while executing styles through Fashionr.
Co-ordinate with CS team and R&D team to resolve all bugs and deliver all required features within committed timelines.

Remote working. Willingness to Travel to Customer sites
Required Key Skills
Accurate knowledge of Pattern making, both manual and CAD (Optitex, Gemini, Gerber or similar)
In depth understanding of Pattern grading, Nesting
Good knowledge of garment fitting and construction
Practical knowledge of Cutting or Sample room functioning
Overall garment industry experience of 5-8 years working in factories.
Working experience in 3D platforms preferred (CLO3D, Browzwear etc)
Additional understanding of Techpack, sewing construction, machines
Fluent in English communication
