UX/UI Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UX/UI Designer role based in Gurugram. The designer will work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and engaging visual experiences for web and mobile. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and designing refined user interfaces that align with QuoteThought’s brand. The role also involves collaborating on design systems, iterating based on user feedback and analytics, and ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices. The UX/UI Designer will participate in workshops, design reviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the platform’s overall experience.
Qualifications
Strong user-centered design skills, including User Experience (UX) research, user flows, and interaction design.
Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with experience creating mockups, style guides, and design systems.
Basic to intermediate Front-End Development understanding (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Experience using modern design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Ability to translate abstract ideas and written content into clear, elegant digital experiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work on consumer-facing products, preferably content or social platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
