About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

About the role
Stellar Blue.ai is looking for a Codex Creator who can combine strong client communication with practical AI workflow leadership.
This is not a traditional pay-per-click, SEO, or single-channel marketing role. You will listen to clients and leads, understand what they are trying to accomplish, and translate those needs into clear work for Codex-based agents and workflows. You will coordinate multiple workflows at once, review the work they produce, and keep each request moving toward a useful client outcome.
You will be the human and gate keeper of the process. Our agents and workflows handle much of the research, production, and follow-through, while you provide the judgment, communication, direction, and quality control that make the work valuable to clients.
You will move comfortably between two worlds: a fun, warm, professional conversation that feels distinctly Stellar Blue, and a disciplined behind-the-scenes Codex environment where client needs become organized digital workflows.
What you will do
• Lead clear, friendly, professional conversations with clients, leads, and partners.
• Use Google Workspace and Google Meet to organize and conduct meetings.
• Translate client goals, questions, and requests into well-defined Codex tasks and workflow plans.
• Serve as the translator between the client and the technology, turning natural conversations into practical digital processes without making the experience feel technical or impersonal.
• Create, coordinate, supervise, and improve multiple Codex agents and workflows.
• Guide work across broad digital marketing needs, including websites, SEO, content, email, analytics, lead follow-up, social media, and paid media as appropriate.
• Review agent output for accuracy, completeness, brand fit, client fit, and practical usefulness.
• Track requests, next steps, dependencies, and blockers so work does not disappear between handoffs.
• Use meeting recordings and transcripts as useful inputs to downstream agent workflows.
• Build clear context, instructions, prompts, checklists, and quality-review steps that help workflows perform consistently.
• Know when a task needs human judgment, clarification, escalation, or a different workflow.
• Document repeatable processes and help turn successful work into reusable playbooks.
• Communicate progress and decisions in a way that keeps clients and the Stellar Blue team confident and informed.
What success looks like
• Clients feel heard, understood, and confident that their needs are moving forward.
• Client requests are translated into clear, achievable work for the right agents and people.
• Multiple workflows can operate at the same time without dropped handoffs or unclear ownership.
• Agent output is reviewed before it becomes client-facing work.
• Work is documented well enough to improve, repeat, and hand off.
• The team can show measurable progress from client request to completed outcome.
What we are looking for
• An outgoing, fun, polished, professional, and approachable communicator who enjoys working with people and is strongly client-facing.
• Strong client-facing, consulting, account-management, solutions, or project-leadership instincts.
• The ability to explain technical or AI-enabled work in plain language.
• Deep, hands-on experience using both ChatGPT and Codex as daily professional work environments, not simply as writing or brainstorming tools.
• Broad digital-marketing awareness and good judgment about how different channels work together.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is strongly preferred. You should understand how modern websites are structured and edited, know what these tools are doing, and be able to guide and quality-check the work even if you are not building every page.
• Database and server-administration experience is a plus, especially practical familiarity with hosting environments, databases, backups, access management, integrations, and troubleshooting. Deep specialist credentials are not required; useful working knowledge and sound judgment are what matter.
• Strong organization and follow-through while managing several priorities at once.
• Comfort working in Google Workspace and Google Meet, including recorded and transcribed meetings.
• Enough technical fluency to ask good questions about tools, integrations, data flow, and workflow behavior.
• The judgment to recognize when automation is not enough and a human needs to step in.
Required Codex qualifications
The right person does not need to be a machine-learning engineer or explain how an LLM is trained. They do need a detailed, practical understanding of how to operate Codex as a complete work system.
They should be able to:
• Choose the appropriate model, capability level, and reasoning depth for the complexity, speed, risk, and cost of the work.
• Decide when to use ChatGPT, Codex, specialized agents, skills, connectors, browser tools, or other available tools.
• Turn a client request or meeting transcript into a clear process with goals, context, constraints, responsibilities, checkpoints, and a definition of done.
• Create and direct multiple agents or workflows at the same time, give each one a bounded assignment, monitor progress, redirect work when needed, and combine the results into one reliable outcome.
• Design strong instructions and context so agents understand the client, the business purpose, the source material, the limits of the task, and how the result will be judged.
• Maintain useful project memory and a clear source of truth so client knowledge, decisions, approvals, and work history remain organized across sessions.
• Organize workflows, saved context, files, reusable instructions, project knowledge, and handoffs so the complete working system behind each client remains easy to understand and continue.
• Select and use the right files, applications, data sources, and tools without exposing confidential information or exceeding the client's authorization.
• Evaluate agent work with evidence rather than assumption, including source checks, testing, quality review, and confirmation that the result solves the client's actual problem.
• Recognize failed, incomplete, or misdirected agent work; diagnose what went wrong; and revise the context, tools, workflow, or assignment.
• Know which work can be completed by agents and which decisions require human judgment, client approval, or escalation.
• Build repeatable workflows, playbooks, and handoffs that improve over time instead of treating every request as a one-off prompt.
• Stay current as ChatGPT and Codex capabilities evolve and apply new features deliberately rather than chasing every new tool.
What we will ask you to demonstrate
Candidates should be prepared to share their computer screen and explain and demonstrate how they actually use ChatGPT and Codex in their professional work. Using a non-confidential example, we will want to see how you:
• Start with a real goal or request and determine the appropriate intelligence level, model, tools, and workflow.
• Organize context, files, saved knowledge, reusable instructions, and other working materials.
• Build and manage a multi-step workflow, including multiple agents when appropriate.
• Monitor progress, recover from a weak or failed result, and verify that the final work is complete and accurate.
• Translate the finished work back to a client in a clear, engaging, professional, and distinctly Stellar Blue manner.
We are looking for demonstrated (shared screen) operating experience, not just familiarity with AI terminology.
What this role is not
You do not need to personally execute every digital-marketing channel, write every line of production code, or work as a traditional PPC specialist. You do need to understand the work well enough to guide it, direct the right agent or person, review the result, and keep the client outcome at the center.
Why Stellar Blue
At Stellar Blue.ai, the human relationship matters. Our clients should experience a thoughtful, capable person who understands their needs and communicates clearly. Behind that relationship is a growing system of Codex agents and workflows that help us research, create, organize, and deliver work at a higher level.
This role sits at the intersection of client experience, digital marketing, and AI workflow creation. It is a chance to help shape how a modern, agent-supported digital-marketing company works.
