Regional Guest Services Leader

We’re searching for an exceptional Regional Guest Services Led to help us launch and deliver a world class front of house experience at the brand-new Manchester offices of a world renown auditor.
This role involves actively managing and overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to clients, and guests, ensuring all duties are carried out and guests, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standards. It is a hands-on and proactive position, requiring proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
The role is responsible for overseeing a range of business support functions, including hospitality, meeting room setup, vending services and client’s journey, from the ground floor through to meeting to rooms and hospitality areas. You will ensure the team consistently delivers a seamless, memorable and exceptional client experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30 am -18:00 pm, Mon-Fri. Flexibility to support and oversee evening client events is essential.
Salary: £40,000 per annum.
Proven experience delivering 5 – star service within a corporate, hospitality or events environment, ideally at management level.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
Experience in change management, team mobilisation and recruitment, with ability to lead and support teams through organisational change.
Confidence in managing the mobilisation and transition of an office and team to a new site, planned for autumn.
Previous experience in pre-opening activities, including recruitment, team preparation, operational planning and service implementation.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to maintain high service implementation.
