About the Role
As a Senior Specialist – Business Solutions Group within the Financial Markets Group, based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of treasury workflows and systems. This includes conceptualizing solutions, managing testing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations. You will also support business users, manage live issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving process automation and data intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution.
Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and build solutions; document and execute test cases.
Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Conduct testing, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain documentation for releases.
Resolve live issues and respond to queries from the business team.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements across implementations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans.
Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to support decision-making.
Manage product lifecycle, process documentation, and audit readiness.
Oversee technology budgets and expense tracking.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Any discipline
Post-graduation: Any field (preferred)
Experience
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, business solutions, or treasury systems
Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems
Experience in end-to-end implementation and testing of banking applications
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, QC, JIRA) and bug tracking
Knowledge of SWIFT, FX, SQL, Power BI/Tableau is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong documentation and project management capabilities
ISTQB certification preferred
