AI Developer

Debate Marketers is hiring a Web Developer who can combine strong design sense, coding skills and AI tools to build and launch websites and web applications.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete process: understanding the requirement, designing the interface, building the functionality, connecting integrations and getting the project live.
Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 in hand per month, depending on skills and experience.
What you’ll do
• Build, customise and manage websites using Framer, Shopify and WordPress.
• Set up CMS collections, dynamic pages, product catalogues and content workflows.
• Create responsive interfaces with clear navigation and thoughtful UI/UX.
• Build and deploy AI-powered web applications, software tools and automations.
• Use AI coding assistants effectively while understanding, reviewing and debugging the code they generate.
• Connect third-party APIs, databases, authentication systems and payment gateways.
• Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and production deployments.
• Test functionality, improve performance and resolve issues after launch.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to translate business requirements into working digital experiences.
What we’re looking for
• Hands-on experience with Framer, Shopify and WordPress.
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals, with the ability to write and modify custom code.
• Experience with frontend frameworks and backend technologies relevant to your projects.
• A good understanding of responsive design, usability and CMS architecture.
• Practical experience integrating APIs and payment gateways.
• The ability to take AI-assisted builds from a prototype to a reliable live product.
• Ownership, clear communication and a structured approach to troubleshooting.

We’d love to see websites, stores, applications or tools you’ve built. For each project, explain your contribution, the technology used and how you deployed it.
