Role Summary
Manage end-to-end parcel operations on campus, ensuring accurate tracking, secure handovers, SOP compliance, and a seamless experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
Parcel Operations & Distribution
Receive parcels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely and smooth distribution
Verification & Handover
Verify student identity and ensure secure parcel handovers
SOP Compliance
Adhere to parcel management processes and ensure compliance during all shifts
Issue Resolution
Handle parcel-related queries, disputes, and escalate unclaimed parcels as per process
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor parcel volumes, maintain records, and prepare operational reports
Storage & Security
Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of parcels and storage areas
Coordination
Work closely with wardens and operations teams to ensure seamless parcel management
Eligibility Criteria
0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or hostel operations
Basic organizational and record-keeping skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and accountability
