Full Stack Engineer

Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at chitralai, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power our AI-driven media management platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop scalable backend services, implement responsive and accessible user interfaces, integrate with AI and cloud storage APIs, and ensure high performance and reliability across the stack. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into robust features, participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including RESTful API design, database integration, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills, with experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities, with the ability to work across client and server layers, debug issues end-to-end, and own features from concept to deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is beneficial.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration, media processing pipelines, or SaaS products is a plus.
Proficiency in version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD workflows is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
