Role Description This full-time remote AI Software Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven software components for humanoid robots and intelligent automation solutions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and neural network architectures, and integrating NLP capabilities into robotic and advertising platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, robotics, data, and design teams to translate business requirements into robust software solutions, as well as writing clean, scalable code and performing code reviews. The AI Software Engineer will evaluate new AI frameworks and tools, run experiments, and refine models based on performance metrics and real-world feedback. The position also includes troubleshooting production issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for tasks such as classification, clustering, and real-time decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including intent detection, text processing, and conversational AI.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and familiarity with cloud-based deployment environments.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with robotics, embedded systems, or real-time systems, and interest in human–robot interaction is highly beneficial.
Background in data analytics, model evaluation, and MLOps practices (versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML) is an advantage.
