Summary:
UX Process from research to delivery
Job Responsibilities:
Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
Deliver high quality assets for each stage of the design process: initial ideations, low-fidelity wireframes, testable prototypes, and final dev-ready UI design files
Employ and extend a company's design system when creating UI files
Display "self starter" abilities, taking initiative and contributing to a wide range of projects in ways beyond what was initially required
Skills:
Experience in professional, data-driven UI development
Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and other members of the UX team
Ability to effectively contribute to multiple concurrent projects through organizational skills and time management
Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking and healthcare
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, art, communications, psychology or human-computer interaction required
5-7 years experience required
