We are looking for a highly proactive, articulate and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the Director across day-to-day priorities, strategic projects and special initiatives.
The scope combines executive coordination, program management, communication and hands-on execution. The selected candidate will gain direct exposure to leadership decision-making while working across product development, manufacturing, institutional projects and business operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Director to manage priorities, meetings, commitments and follow-ups
• Convert discussions and instructions into clear action items and drive them to closure
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, budgets and progress reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, consultants and external stakeholders
• Take regular updates, identify delays and ensure accountability across projects
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, proposals, emails and professional correspondence
• Conduct research and support business planning and special projects
• Coordinate domestic travel, meetings, accommodation and detailed itineraries
• Assist with website, content and digital-agency coordination
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with professionalism
We are looking for someone who:
• Communicates and writes exceptionally well
• Has a strong sense of ownership, urgency and accountability
• Is highly organised and excellent at follow-ups
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and sometimes unstructured environment
• Is resourceful and finds solutions independently
• Is comfortable interacting with senior professionals and external stakeholders
• Is proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Workspace
• Can prepare structured presentations, trackers and professional documents
• Is willing to travel and remain flexible when important assignments require it
• Wants to learn rapidly and take on increasing responsibility over time
This role is particularly suitable for someone who wants broad, hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, product development, manufacturing, government and institutional projects, and business execution.
We are not looking only for qualifications on paper. We are looking for evidence of initiative, reliability, communication ability and the capacity to get things done.
