Senior Research Executive

What You’ll Do
Contribute to day-to-day tasks in executing primary market research studies within the pharmaceutical space
Help shape research approaches, aligning objectives with the right qualitative and quantitative methods
Draft and refine research tools, including discussion guides, surveys, and data analytics
Coordinate closely with field and data partners to keep projects running smoothly
Participate in interviews and contribute to meaningful interpretation of findings
Translate data into clear, structured insights that support commercial decision-making
Help prepare client-ready materials and contribute to presentations
Keep projects on track - managing deadlines, updates, and day-to-day logistics
Build knowledge across therapy areas, industry knowledge, and client business challenges
Contribute to a growing U.S. team while collaborating with international colleagues
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience conducting primary pharmaceutical market research
Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative study designs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Comfort working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Understanding of pharmaceutical brand and launch dynamics
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Interest in continuing to refine research craft and industry knowledge
Able to travel occasionally

Salary Range - Up to $85k depending on skills and experience
