Made To Order By Koko is looking for a creative, organised and fashion-forward individual to join us as a Creative & Brand Operations Partner.
This is an opportunity to work closely with an emerging Nigerian fashion brand and play a hands-on role in shaping how our collections are presented, marketed and experienced by our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a remote, flexible, contract/part-time role suited to someone who can combine creativity with strong organisation and initiative.
You’ll work closely with the brand founder across creative development, content, customer experience and the operational details that bring each collection from concept to customer.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will include:
• Contributing to creative direction, moodboards, campaign concepts, lookbooks and styling
• Supporting the planning and creation of TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form content
• Helping develop visual concepts that communicate the identity of each collection
• Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with sizing, fit guidance and order confirmations
• Supporting pre-order and collection-drop processes
• Coordinating collection-related tasks and timelines
• Assisting with packaging, tags, thank-you materials and other customer-facing brand details
• Organising customer and order information
• Tracking customer feedback, preferences and emerging market demand
• Conducting fashion, content and market research
• Contributing ideas for brand growth, customer experience and improved processes
• Supporting selected shoots, fittings, collection launches and other brand activities where required
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a strong creative eye and good aesthetic judgement
• Is genuinely interested in fashion, visual culture and branding
• Understands Instagram, TikTok and short-form content
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is highly organised and attentive to detail
• Can take initiative rather than waiting to be directed at every step
• Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Is dependable, proactive and willing to learn
• Can balance creative thinking with practical execution
A degree is not required.
We’re interested in what you can bring to the brand. A portfolio, personal creative work, content page, previous projects or other body of work can be considered in place of formal experience.
Garment construction/sewing experience is not required.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Compensation: 7% commission on gross sales during applicable collection drops/pre-order windows, as outlined in the engagement agreement.
Wardrobe Privilege: Complimentary custom-fitted pieces from selected debut collections and future capsules, subject to the brand’s wardrobe policy.
Professional Credits: Opportunities for appropriate professional/creative credit for contributions to brand campaigns, collections and creative projects.
This is an ongoing engagement, with an initial review period and continued collaboration based on mutual agreement.
