Role Description The VP of Leadership Development is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, leading, and scaling leadership development initiatives across The Renegade Woman’s programs and community. This role oversees the strategy and execution of leadership curricula, workshops, and coaching frameworks that build self-leadership, commercial confidence, and personal agency for midlife professionals and entrepreneurs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, consulting with program leads, and creating leadership pathways that integrate mindset, business capability, and practical skill-building. The VP will collaborate with coaching teams to ensure consistent delivery quality, refine content based on participant feedback, and align leadership development initiatives with the organization’s broader mission. This position also contributes to thought leadership through content, webinars, and events that deepen impact and expand the reach of The Renegade Woman platform.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Leadership Development, including designing and delivering leadership programs, frameworks, and curricula.
Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Consulting to assess participant requirements, identify capability gaps, and recommend effective development solutions.
Experience in Training and facilitation, including group coaching, workshops, and virtual learning environments.
Knowledge of Succession Planning and talent development strategies to support sustainable growth for individuals and small business owners.
Proven track record in adult learning, coaching, or mentoring, ideally with mid-career or executive-level professionals.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a remote setting.
Strategic thinking and program management experience, including measuring impact and iterating based on data and feedback.
Understanding of online education or membership-based communities; experience in digital program delivery is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business, Education, Human Resources) or equivalent practical experience.
