We are seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Developer who can architect, build, optimize, and support enterprise-grade Snowflake solutions while enabling next-generation AI and GenAI use cases using Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, and related technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesSnowflake Development & Data Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions on Snowflake.
Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines for large-scale healthcare and enterprise datasets.
Develop Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, materialized views, stored procedures, tasks, streams, and Snowpipe solutions.
Implement data ingestion frameworks for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Develop reusable and scalable data engineering frameworks.
Design enterprise data models including dimensional and analytical models.
Snowflake AI & GenAI
Build AI-powered data applications using Snowflake Cortex and Cortex AI.
Develop solutions leveraging Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, and Snowflake Document AI.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data stored in Snowflake.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into business workflows.
Develop AI/ML applications using Snowpark Python.
Collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to deploy intelligent data products.
Cloud & Data Platform Engineering
Build and maintain cloud-native data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop modern data integration solutions.
Implement real-time and batch data processing frameworks.
Support enterprise data lake, lakehouse, and modern data platform initiatives.
Performance Optimization & Cost Management
Optimize Snowflake workloads for performance and scalability.
Implement efficient warehouse sizing strategies and workload management.
Tune SQL queries and transformations.
Monitor Snowflake usage and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
Security & Governance
Implement RBAC, row-level security, masking policies, and secure data-sharing practices.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data governance requirements.
Support metadata management, data lineage, and data quality initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions.
Drive best practices across Snowflake development and cloud data engineering.
Required QualificationsExperience
6+ years of overall Data Engineering experience.
5+ years of hands-on Snowflake development experience.
Experience working with US-based clients and distributed global teams.
Healthcare domain experience preferred.
