Bachelor’s degree or in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated leadership; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 13 years of demonstrated leadership. Experience in a government contracting environment is strongly preferred. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is preferred.
