Vice President of Product Strategy

Role Description This full-time remote role of Vice President of Product Strategy is responsible for leading the overall product vision, roadmap, and portfolio performance across the organization. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, finance, sales, marketing, and technology teams to define product priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes; translating insights into clear product strategies; and guiding product teams in execution. This role also oversees product performance metrics, supports pricing and investment decisions, and communicates product plans and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. The Vice President will mentor product leaders, refine product development processes, and ensure that products deliver measurable value and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership background with demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management.
Advanced Analytical Skills with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure product performance.
Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term product direction and aligning cross-functional teams.
Solid Finance acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and partnership with finance teams on investment decisions.
Extensive experience in senior product or strategy roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or related industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Track record of leading distributed or remote teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Ability to work effectively across time zones, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high level of accountability and integrity.
