The team collaborates closely with clients to oversee end-to-end design processes, ensuring outcomes that align with both business goals and user needs.
About the Role
Recruitment Specialist is a full-time role based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for design and related positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Work closely with hiring teams and take responsibility for closing the right hires.
