Full-Stack Web & App Developer
Location: Remote
Position: Full-Time or Part time
We are looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Web & App Developer based in Sri Lanka to join us and help build new digital products, websites, and applications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building projects from the ground up and wants to work closely with an entrepreneur on multiple growing businesses and new ideas.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop modern, responsive websites
Build web applications from concept to launch
Assist with mobile application development
Develop front-end and back-end functionality
Build databases, APIs, user accounts, and admin dashboards
Integrate payment systems and third-party APIs
Maintain and improve existing websites
Troubleshoot bugs and technical problems
Deploy and manage websites/applications
Work on new features as the businesses grow
Help recommend the best technologies for new projects
Skills We're Looking For
Experience with some or most of the following:
HTML, CSS and JavaScript
React / Next.js or similar frameworks
Node.js, PHP, Python or another back-end technology
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar databases
WordPress
REST APIs
Git / GitHub
Responsive web development
UI/UX implementation
Website hosting and deployment
Experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile application development is a strong advantage.

Based in Sri Lanka
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently
Good at communicating in English
Able to turn ideas and designs into working products
Willing to learn new technologies
Comfortable troubleshooting problems independently
Interested in working with a growing business over the long term
A university degree is not required if you have the skills and a strong portfolio.
Compensation
