Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Patna. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating materials and services for ceramic and related construction projects. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that inspections and quality checks are completed as required. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, contractors, and internal teams to expedite deliveries and maintain smooth workflow. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess expediting and expeditor-related skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with suppliers and partners.
Candidates should possess inspection skills, including overseeing quality checks, verifying materials, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
Candidates should possess logistics management skills to organize transportation, inventory, and on-time site deliveries.
Relevant experience in construction, ceramics, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are required.
Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is beneficial.
Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation software is an advantage.
