Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and designs, produce drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal project managers, consultants, and contractors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design proposals, reviewing plans for compliance with local codes, and integrating functional, aesthetic, and sustainability requirements into project designs. The role also involves supporting project planning, attending site visits and coordination meetings, addressing design-related queries during execution, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
The Architect is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure that design intent is preserved throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of construction drawings.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning, coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Integration skills to align architectural design with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary inputs.
Candidates should possess basic Software Development or software-related skills where relevant for using or customizing design and collaboration tools.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in design.
