What our customers need help with
Design, develop, test, and maintain production software
Build new features and improve existing functionality
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
Review code and collaborate with other engineers on engineering standards
Investigate and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Work closely with Product and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and system reliability
Take ownership of features from initial concept through deployment and ongoing improvement
What stands out amongst top talent
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with Python
Experience building and maintaining production applications
Good understanding of software design principles, APIs, databases, and modern development practices
Experience with AWS, GCP or any other Cloud Platform
Familiarity with automated testing, Git, CI/CD, and code review practices
Ability to diagnose technical problems and make pragmatic engineering decisions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
