Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA administering databases in a UNIX/Linux environment.
5+ additional years of experience as an Oracle EBS Administrator, with experience supporting Financials, Manufacturing, Inventory, Human Resources, and related modules.
Hands-on experience administering production Oracle EBS 12.2, including installation, configuration, patching, cloning, monitoring, performance tuning, and working with Oracle Support.
Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 Release Update Packs (RUPs); experience with Release 12.2.15 is preferred.
Experience with Oracle Middleware technologies including WebLogic, Agile, Hyperion, OBIEE, and Demantra.
Strong understanding of Concurrent Managers, Oracle utilities, and Oracle database functionality, including packages, triggers, procedures, and functions.
Strong experience with UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting.
Strong Python scripting skills for automation, tooling, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use Claude Code and similar AI coding assistants/agentic tools for development, automation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Experience with AI agent development and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, or the ability to quickly develop proficiency in these technologies.
Experience administering Oracle Applications/EBS in AWS, including environments where the EBS database runs on Amazon RDS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, business, judgment, and decision-making skills.
