Help build the future of AI in corporate credit
Deep MM is seeking a Strategic Advisor who understands corporate credit and can help us connect with the people who could shape its future—potential investors, fellow advisors, customers, and strategic partners.
We are building Large Event Models (LEMs): predictive AI designed to model relationships among real-world events and estimate what is likely to happen next. Corporate bonds are our initial commercial proving ground, with customer traction including a top-five bulge bracket bank.
We want your perspective on where better predictions could improve decisions—and your help building relationships with people who share that vision.
How you would contribute
• Connect us with potential investors in your network who understand corporate credit, financial technology, or institutional markets and may be interested in learning about Deep MM.
• Help identify and introduce additional advisors with complementary expertise, useful industry relationships, and a genuine interest in contributing.
• Introduce potential institutional customers, design partners, and strategic partners where there is a relevant fit.
• Help sharpen how we explain our technology and opportunity to corporate-credit professionals and investors.
• Advise on high-value problems in pricing, liquidity, relative value, portfolio decisions, and risk.
• Provide practical feedback on product priorities and the evidence institutions need before adopting new tools.
Who would be a strong fit?
You bring firsthand corporate-credit experience or meaningful relationships within the sector. Your background might include trading, portfolio management, credit research, risk, institutional sales, financial technology, or building a business serving credit markets.
You enjoy connecting thoughtful people and can contribute industry insight, constructive judgment, or relevant introductions. We welcome people without prior advisory appointments, startup investments, senior titles, or AI expertise.
Participation and alignment
Work directly with the founders through focused conversations, relevant introductions, and occasional product or strategy feedback, with an expected commitment of approximately 1–2 hours per month.
Equity options would compensate agreed advisory services under a separate agreement; they are not transaction-based compensation for raising capital.
We prefer advisors who also invest in Deep MM, bringing both expertise and a personal stake in the company’s long-term success. Investment is optional, and we also appoint advisors who do not invest. First-time startup investors are welcome. Investments are separate from advisory compensation, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and offering documents, and do not guarantee an advisory appointment.
