Responsibilities : -Design end to end order management architectures using Sterling OMS to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that support complex omnichannel commerce flows across global markets. -Develop detailed architectural blueprints and integration patterns that optimize IBM Sterling OMS performance while aligning with enterprise technology standards and regulatory requirements. -Define robust technical approaches for Sterling OMS configuration and customization that enhance fulfillment accuracy order visibility and inventory synchronization across multiple channels. -Provide expert guidance on IBM Sterling OMS Admin activities including environment setup user management configuration promotion and monitoring to ensure stable production operations. -Oversee capacity planning and performance tuning of Sterling OMS environments to achieve high availability responsive order processing and efficient resource utilization for business critical workloads. -Collaborate closely with product owners business analysts and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into practical Sterling OMS solutions that deliver measurable value. -Coordinate hybrid work model collaboration using secure tools and standardized processes to maintain strong communication and alignment across onsite and remote stakeholders during day shift operations. -Ensure strict adherence to security compliance and data privacy standards in Sterling OMS designs by defining control mechanisms for access management logging and audit readiness. -Guide development and support teams on best practices for Sterling OMS extensions APIs and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP CRM and payment platforms to strengthen overall solution coherence. -Conduct architecture reviews and technical risk assessments for Sterling OMS initiatives identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending mitigation strategies that protect service continuity. -Create detailed documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational runbooks that simplify ongoing IBM Sterling OMS Admin activities and knowledge transfer. -Support incident analysis and complex defect resolution by reviewing logs configurations and design decisions to restore service quickly and prevent recurrence in future releases. -Champion continuous improvement in Sterling OMS implementations by evaluating new product features upgrades and emerging patterns that can improve customer experience and reduce operational cost. -Qualifications -Demonstrate nine to twelve years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture or solution design with a strong focus on commerce and order management platforms. -Show advanced hands on expertise in Sterling OMS including configuration order workflows promotions sourcing rules and inventory services across different business scenarios. -Exhibit deep proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Admin including environment provisioning installation patching user and role administration and configuration deployment for multiple stages. -Apply solid understanding of integration technologies such as messaging middleware APIs and batch interfaces to connect Sterling OMS with upstream and downstream enterprise applications. -Utilize practical knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting in high volume order management systems to ensure stable operations during peak business periods. -Demonstrate familiarity with secure hybrid work practices including collaboration tools version control and documentation standards that support distributed teams without travel. -Display strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills enabling clear explanation of complex architectural concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
