About the Role
As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll help develop and deliver market shaping services for employers who aspire to deliver better care for employees diagnosed with serious or complex health conditions. You’ll help PHM clients understand and address the burden of complex conditions, such as cancer, on their employees and their business.
You’ll assess current programs and utilization, understand each client’s health plan and broader benefits strategy, and advise clients on adopting PHM programs designed to improve clinical outcomes while managing costs. This is also a revenue driving role, focused on retaining and growing existing accounts through deep relationships and strategies that increase awareness and engagement with PHM’s services.
What You’ll Accomplish
Retain and strengthen relationships across your assigned book of business, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor at multiple levels of client organizations.
Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of PHM services.
Help clients assess their current programs, utilization, and benefits strategies to identify opportunities to improve outcomes while managing costs.
Build effective partnerships across PHM’s sales, marketing, clinical, and other internal teams to bring the best of PHM to clients.
How You’ll Spend Your Days
Build Strategic Client Relationships
Develop deep relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on complex health and employee benefits initiatives. Work across different levels of client organizations to understand their priorities and connect those needs to PHM’s capabilities.
Drive Retention and Growth
Own relationships across an assigned book of business with a focus on retention and growth. Develop strategies that increase awareness of PHM’s services and drive greater engagement within existing accounts.
Advise Clients
Analyze utilization and understand each client’s health plan and broader benefits strategy. Help clients evaluate existing programs and identify opportunities to adopt PHM solutions that support better clinical outcomes while managing costs.
