- Provide culturally affirming and responsive therapy to our diverse student population, including those that identify with underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQQAI+, and students of all abilities. This includes diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapy using individual, couple and group modalities. SHW emphasizes short-term duration of treatment but does not have formal session limits. - Independently and efficiently manage a robust and complex caseload of clients including some with high acuity, along with timely completion of clinical documentation. Design and implement at least one weekly therapy or support group for students. - Serve as part of a team consisting of multidisciplinary mental health professionals...
