Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Thrissur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will coordinate architectural and construction project activities, manage schedules, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion. Daily responsibilities include overseeing procurement and expediting of materials, facilitating inspections, and liaising with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role also involves monitoring logistics, managing documentation, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on scope, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, lead project meetings, and support continuous improvement of project processes within the collective.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
Experience with expeditor and expediting functions, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices related to architectural or construction projects.
Logistics management abilities to coordinate transportation, site deliveries, and supply chain activities.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling applications).
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience working with design teams, contractors, and vendors in the architecture or construction sector is preferred.
