Project Manage

Role Description The Project Manage role at AL BAHJAH BC is a part-time, remote position focused on coordinating and overseeing construction-related projects from planning through completion. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager will track project schedules, manage resources, and communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The role includes monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will also oversee documentation, support inspection activities, and collaborate with logistics and expediting personnel to maintain efficient workflows and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Inspection skills for planning, monitoring, and quality control of construction-related work.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory tracking for project needs.
Relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, particularly within the UAE or similar markets, is beneficial.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in digital collaboration tools for remote work.
Formal education in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
