Job Description
AECOM's Digital Practice and Technology group is seeking a BIM Specialist with experience in architectural, engineering and construction modeling.
Job Summary:
Works efficiently with limited supervision performing various REVIT modeling tasks utilizing a wide variety of resources, software, and workflows.
Responsibilities may include initializing the project startup through delivery.
Perform field surveys at project sites if required by client.
May train and supervise workflow as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS plus 8 years of related BIM experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Architectural, engineering and construction modeling experience within REVIT
Due to nature of work involved, US Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
PointCloud Registration
REVIT Certified
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience with survey data and processing
Experience with point cloud data
Ability to travel/visit project sites as needed per client's request

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $125000 to $138000.
