Role: Eightfold Configuration / Implementation Consultant
Experience: 4 5 years of relevant Eightfold experience
Focus: Eightfold Rollouts, Acquisitions, Configuration & Data Migration
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Eightfold Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, data migration, integrations, testing, and production support.
Support global Eightfold rollouts, acquisitions, and enhancements across Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, and internal talent processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and administer the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.
Support global rollout and acquisition implementations.
Configure organizations, users, jobs, talent structures, and related settings.
Support employee, candidate, and job data migration and validation.
Perform data mapping between SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold.
Validate inbound/outbound integrations and troubleshoot data issues.
Analyze employee, candidate, requisition, and job data.
Support job ingestion, talent profiles, and skills data validation.
Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and post-go-live testing.
Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data-related issues.
Coordinate with SuccessFactors and integration teams.
Support production cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
Prepare mapping documents, test scripts, configuration documentation, and validation reports.
Mandatory Skills
4 5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience.
Hands-on experience with Eightfold configuration and administration.
Strong experience working with employee, candidate, and job data.
Strong data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with HR system integrations.
Experience with rollout/acquisition projects.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
SAP SuccessFactors integration experience is highly desirable.
