B2B CRM Marketing Executive

We are seeking a data-driven B2B CRM Marketing Executive to execute reactive, and lifecycle campaigns across our SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert). Reporting to the B2B CRM Manager, you will build and deliver campaigns that get new products and features into salon partners' hands, respond quickly to ad hoc business needs, and keep partners engaged with the value of our SaaS products over time.
🧐 You will be responsible for:
New Product & Feature Launch Campaigns: Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns for new SaaS product and feature launches, ensuring salon partners are informed, activated, and quickly adopting new functionality as it goes live.
Reactive & Ad Hoc Campaigns: Manage reactive requests and ad hoc campaign needs from Product, Customer and Supply teams, turning quick-turnaround briefs into well-executed, on-brand CRM sends.
Lifecycle & Retention Campaigns: Build and run lifecycle campaigns that consistently convey the value of our SaaS products to salon partners, reinforcing engagement and helping prevent churn.
Multi-Market Localisation: Adapt launch, reactive, and lifecycle campaign content for multiple markets and languages, keeping messaging consistent with brand while reflecting local needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product, Sales, and Supply teams to stay ahead of upcoming launches and reactive needs, ensuring campaigns are briefed, built, and delivered on time.

Requirements
🔝 About you:
Tech experience: 2+ years of hands-on B2B CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory), ideally within a SaaS business. Experience working with email CRM platforms (like Hubspot) necessary.
Agile & Data-Driven: Highly analytical, with a proven track record of using data to inform and optimise campaign targeting and performance.
Execution & Delivery Mindset: A true “doer” who thrives on turning briefs around quickly and building campaigns end-to-end, without losing sight of quality.
Structured yet Scrappy: Highly structured in managing multiple concurrent campaigns across markets, yet scrappy and agile when a reactive request needs to move fast.
Languages: English fluency is a must. Any other European language is a plus.

No
