E-commerce Logistics & Inventory Manager

As we scale our e-commerce operations, we are looking for an organized and responsible E-commerce Logistics & Inventory Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day order fulfillment, payment, inventory, and logistics operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time E-commerce Logistics & Inventory Manager role based in Surat, with a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate will manage IYRAH's complete e-commerce operations — from receiving and verifying orders to payment tracking, inventory checking, shipping, delivery, returns, and RTO management.
The candidate must have hands-on experience with Shiprocket and Razorpay and be comfortable managing stock and orders on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Order & E-commerce Operations
Monitor and manage all incoming e-commerce orders.
Verify order details, payment status, product, size, color, and quantity before dispatch.
Manage both COD and prepaid orders.
Coordinate order processing, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure orders are dispatched within the required timeline.
Shiprocket & Logistics
Independently manage day-to-day operations on Shiprocket.
Create shipments, generate AWBs and shipping labels, and select/coordinate courier partners.
Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
Monitor delayed, failed, cancelled, and returned shipments.
Manage RTOs, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics expenses.
Razorpay & Payment Operations
Monitor Razorpay for incoming online payments and transaction status.
Check successful, failed, pending, and refunded transactions.
Reconcile Razorpay payments with website orders.
Identify payment/order mismatches and coordinate for resolution.
Monitor refunds and ensure they are processed correctly.
Maintain regular payment reconciliation reports.
Inventory & Stock Management
Conduct regular physical stock checks of all IYRAH products.
Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory for products, sizes, and colors.
Match physical stock with website/system inventory.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Track incoming stock from production/vendors.
Update inventory after sales, returns, exchanges, damages, and adjustments.
Monitor low-stock and fast-moving products.
Ensure products are correctly reflected as available/out of stock on the website.
Maintain proper records of damaged, defective, returned, and unsellable inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare stock reports.
Warehouse & Dispatch
Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team.
Ensure the correct product, size, color, and quantity are picked for every order.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling before dispatch.
Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse stock system.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly reports for:
Orders received
Orders dispatched
Delivered orders
Pending orders
RTOs and returns
Razorpay payments
Inventory/stock levels
Stock discrepancies
Coordinate with production, finance, customer support, courier partners, and management.
Identify operational problems and suggest process improvements.
Help create and maintain SOPs for order processing, inventory, packing, shipping, returns, and payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Shiprocket is required.
Experience with Razorpay is required.
Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, inventory, or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of COD and prepaid order management.
Experience handling RTOs, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Experience with physical stock checking and inventory reconciliation.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify order, payment, and stock discrepancies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage daily operational responsibilities.
Previous experience with fashion/apparel e-commerce will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking complete ownership of e-commerce operations.
The person should be able to independently manage Shiprocket, Razorpay, inventory, stock checking, order processing, dispatch, courier coordination, returns, RTOs, and payment reconciliation.
The ideal candidate should not only monitor the systems but also be comfortable with physical stock checking and coordinating the actual movement of products in the warehouse.
