As the Senior Private Events Manager, you will drive revenue growth for our private dining events by cultivating new client relationships, securing business through proposals and contract negotiations, and delivering exceptional experiences. This role is responsible for creating innovative event concepts and customized menus that maximize both revenue and guest satisfaction, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with corporate and social clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for event planners, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and contracting through planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-level service and communicate all event logistics to the departments responsible for execution. This position primarily oversees private dining events within the Estuary Blue Willow Room, Summit Rooftop Lounge, and Estuary Main Dining Room.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Grow catering and events market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
Execute complex events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
