Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced DOC1 Developer / Technology Lead with strong hands-on experience in DOC1/EngageOne Designer and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level customer communication solutions. The role will involve creating and enhancing customer-facing documents such as statements, notices, letters, correspondence, and batch communications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of document composition, XML/JSON data processing, template development, document formatting, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, modify, and maintain customer communication templates using DOC1/EngageOne Designer.
Develop enterprise CCM solutions for generating customer-facing documents and transactional communications.
Create and maintain templates for statements, invoices, letters, notices, correspondence, and other business communications.
Work with XML and JSON input data to generate dynamic and personalized customer communications.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable document composition solutions.
Develop reusable templates, components, rules, and content elements to support multiple communication requirements.
Configure document layouts, formatting, conditional content, dynamic data, business rules, and output requirements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and troubleshooting of document-generation solutions.
Analyze and resolve issues related to templates, input data, formatting, document rendering, and output generation.
Support deployment of DOC1/EngageOne solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide production support and investigate document-generation failures and data-related issues.
Monitor and optimize document-generation processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure customer communications meet defined quality, accuracy, formatting, business, and compliance requirements.
Participate in code/template reviews and follow development and documentation standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support documentation.

Experience working on enterprise customer communication/document-generation platforms.
Strong understanding of XML and JSON.
Experience supporting large-volume or batch communication requirements.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
