Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Financial Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks. The role involves preparing timely and accurate financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will work with accounting software to process transactions, monitor cash flows, and assist in audits and internal controls. Collaboration with management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve financial processes is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support accurate analysis and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools to manage transactions and maintain reliable financial records.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting environments is beneficial.
