The platform complements school and existing tuition by improving learning, habits, confidence, and future-ready skills in areas such as academics, technology, business, finance, communication, and personal growth. Role Description The Business Growth Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting Growtopper’s expansion and student outreach efforts. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with business planning and strategy, conducting market and competitor research, and identifying opportunities to reach more students, parents, and schools. The intern will help streamline growth processes, support customer communication, and contribute to improving the onboarding and service experience. This role also involves collaborating with mentors and the core team to analyze performance data, suggest improvements, and support the implementation of growth initiatives and pilot programs.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and generate insights for growth initiatives.
Business and Business Planning skills to support strategy development, process optimization, and new program ideas.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with students, parents, schools, and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
Interest in education, student development, or mentorship-driven platforms; prior exposure to edtech or youth-focused programs is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or project management platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
