Position Overview
Premier Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead residential electrical projects in the Naples, Florida area. This position supports high-end custom home construction and is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate electricians on residential job sites
Plan daily work activities and ensure project milestones are met
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes
Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Assist with troubleshooting and complex installations as neede
Qualifications
5+ years of residential electrical experience
Previous foreman, lead electrician, or crew leadership experience preferred
Experience with custom and high-end residential projects strongly preferred
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements
Ability to read plans and coordinate work activities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
