Client Specialist/On-Site

About the role:
Working autonomously and regularly exercising independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision, the Client Specialist/On Site is responsible for ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is an individual contributor who serves as the primary point of contact for a major, significantly high-revenue assigned client and provides day-to-day client relationship management, including autonomously negotiating and committing to client deliverables, evaluating technical project requirements and data integrity, leveraging database queries, collaborating closely with IT and technical teams, and independently investigating and resolving client concerns on behalf of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our client site in Little Rock, AR.
Master assigned client business processes and organization to serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager and "face" of the company for high-revenue client accounts.
Manage and coordinate individual print and fulfillment projects, communicating clear client objectives, schedules, and requirements directly across internal departments.
Evaluate technical project requirements, data integrity, and job management workflows while leveraging database queries and collaborating closely with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams.
Own the issue resolution process by independently investigating, escalating, addressing, and resolving client complaints, concerns, and internal workflow issues.
Evaluate account responsibilities, negotiate client-specific Service Level Agreement deviations, and determine necessary commitments such as expedited shipping or production overtime to meet critical delivery requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
At least 3 to 5 years of related business experience and/or training in client service.
Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision, exercising independent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy with challenging clients.
Technical proficiency in querying databases using SQL or similar tools, along with a general knowledge and understanding of coding languages.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in software programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, ERP, and retail/client-specific proprietary software.
