🚀 Hiring: Senior Solution Engineer / Full-Stack Developer (Freelance)
We are looking for a proactive Senior Solution Engineer / Technical Business Analyst with strong full-stack skills for a long-term freelance engagement. You will take end-to-end ownership—turning business requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
Location: Remote (CET +/- preferred)
Engagement: Long-term Contract / Freelance
Languages: English (Mandatory), German (Plus)
What You’ll Do
Requirements & Design: Clarify business gaps, define acceptance criteria, write concise solution concepts, and design APIs/data models.
Full-Stack Development: Build, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Angular.
Database & Ops: Handle PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Quality & Delivery: Define test strategies (unit, API, E2E, DB), run backlog refinements, perform root-cause analysis, and own deployment decisions.
Must-Have Skills
Development: Python, Angular
Data & Cloud/DevOps: PostgreSQL (SQL/PL-SQL), Kubernetes, Git / GitLab, DevOps tools
Engineering: Requirements engineering, test automation, Agile methodology (Jira/Confluence)
Mindset: Strong ownership, proactive communication, and quality-first approach
Nice-to-Have
ArgoCD, MSSQL, T-Cloud / Public Cloud
Software architecture patterns (IoC/DI), IAM & Secure SDLC
Basic SAP knowledge & German language skills
