Contract: One-year renewable contract

The Integration/API Testing Lead will support testing of enterprise assembly, system interfaces, APIs, and end-to-end integration scenarios, ensuring integration quality is validated to enterprise standards across the organization's IT Roadmap initiatives.
Standards & Strategy
Define and apply API and integration testing standards consistent with the QA Framework and Operational Manual.
Review integration test strategies and interface test plans across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise QA governance.
Contribute to quality gate evidence for critical integrations, feeding into portfolio-level reporting and dashboards.
Technical Validation
Validate API contracts, message flows, authentication, authorization, error handling, retries, monitoring, and reconciliation requirements.
Support test case preparation for integrations and APIs, leveraging tools such as Postman for API testing and Selenium for automated interface/UI-level validation, and JIRA with the X-Ray module for test case management and traceability.
Recommend enhancements or extensions to the existing automation and API testing toolchain to close coverage gaps, in coordination with the QA Practice Lead's broader stack assessment.
Integrate API and integration test execution into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, building reusable, automated regression checks where practical.
Coordination & Vendor Collaboration
Coordinate with enterprise architecture, project teams, system integrators, SaaS vendors, and operations to align integration testing with delivery timelines and interface dependencies.
Support defect analysis and triage for interface-related issues, ensuring clear tracking and resolution through JIRA.
Reusable Assets
Create reusable API and integration testing checklists, templates, and scenario libraries to be adopted across project QA teams and institutionalized as part of the QA Practice.
