At Maroma, A Belmond Hotel, where the energy of the jungle and the Caribbean converge to create an unforgettable experience; we are seeking a guest relations expert for the position of Manager on Duty. As a Manager On Duty you will be responsible for overseeing operation, safety, and the care of our guests and staff at the property.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards.
Schedule availability.
