Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of technology projects that improve business operations, customer experience, and digital capability. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Please note that this is a part time, permanent contract working 4 days per week. This role can either be based in Cornwall or remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices.
You’ll help us by:
Coordinating the planning and delivery of defined technology projects (e.g. POS upgrades, infrastructure rollouts).
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager to track progress, manage risks, and keep projects aligned with business goals.
Managing project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
Supporting stakeholder engagement across business functions, IT, stores, and suppliers.
Liaising with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
Monitoring budgets and assisting in financial tracking and reporting.
Ensuring testing, training, and deployment activities are delivered effectively.
Helping manage change activities to support business readiness and adoption.
Supporting continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
Experience managing or supporting delivery of technology projects.
Exposure to working in structured project environments with clear governance.
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers or delivery partners.
Confident managing plans, budgets, and risk logs on small to medium projects.
Comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) methodologies.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
Solid stakeholder engagement at operational and mid-management levels.
Practical problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
Experience of budget tracking and reporting
Familiarity with project tools and supporting software (e.g. Monday.com, MS Project, ADO, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently while keeping senior leaders informed.
A relevant project management accreditation such as PRINCE2 is desirable.
