We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, is curious by nature, and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You may already be an experienced HR Business Partner, or you may have developed strong partnering capability and be ready for broader scope and new challenges.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across North America, providing trusted advice and support across performance, talent, organisational change, workforce planning, and people development. You'll help leaders build high-performing, engaged teams, unlock potential, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
Key responsibilities:
Build a deep understanding of your assigned business areas, including their objectives and people trends.
Provide timely, consistent advice and coaching to leaders across performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and engagement.
Collaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure long-term sustainable solutions.
Champion initiatives that create a positive employee experience, helping teams thrive.
Analyze and respond to workforce capability needs, supporting organizational planning and transformation.
Assist in designing practical people solutions together with the Employee Experience team, ensuring processes are consistently applied.
Lead or contribute to global projects, templates, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with practices across regions.
Handle local HR matters, from policy interpretation to benefits administration and compliance.
Promote a “Safety First” approach and adherence to agreed policies, processes, and authority limits.

5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner, or similar role.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally; a valid passport and unrestricted driving license are required.
Capability to carry out occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 10 lbs, sitting for long periods).
Learnable in role:
Facilitation of internal training and involvement in global projects.
